1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Because our training plans, fitness programs, and digital media are delivered instantly upon purchase via digital download or account access (such as through our LMS or training portal), all sales of digital products and online coaching programs are generally considered final.

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your training materials, please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 14-day conditional refund period for specific premium training modules or courses, provided that the user has not accessed, viewed, or downloaded the core program materials. To request a review of your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with your payment details.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

For any recurring training memberships or subscription-based services:

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the premium training features until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for remaining days in a billing period that has already been processed.

4. Processing Approved Refunds

If your refund request is reviewed and approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as Stripe, PayPal, or credit card). Please note that processing times can vary depending on your card issuer or banking institution’s policies.
